Red cherry, plum, and a touch of dried herbs on the nose, complemented by subtle cardamom and cranberry spice. The palate is smooth and focused, showing balanced ripeness and silky tannins. It has a well-structured core and a long, persistent finish. A clear and classic expression of Cornish Point.
Includes 25% whole bunch fermentation and 13 months ageing in French oak, with 20% new.
